Innergetics™ — Extended Private Experience
This six-month private experience is designed for individuals, couples or families seeking deeper transformation in the relationship with food, body, emotional wellbeing, relational safety and self-trust.
The extended process creates greater space to understand and transform the emotional, relational and physiological patterns that can become intertwined with food, body image, eating and the way we relate to ourselves.
At the heart of Innergetics is a different relationship with the intelligence already present within the body.
Hunger, fullness, emotion, instinct, gut intelligence and physiological responses can all carry information. Rather than continually imposing external rules or overriding those signals, the work supports you in developing the relationship with yourself needed to recognise, understand and respond to them with greater discernment.
Over six months, we have the time to work more deeply with the emotional patterns, nervous-system responses, identity and relationship dynamics influencing how you experience food, your body and yourself.
The extended format also allows greater time for integration — so that insight is not simply understood intellectually, but begins to influence the way you respond, relate, choose and live.
For individuals, this offers a highly personalised space to work at greater depth, particularly where patterns have been present for a long time or where several areas of life, wellbeing and relationship with self are interconnected.
For couples or families, the process can also explore the relational environment around food, body, emotion and wellbeing. Where everyone is ready to engage in the work, the shared process can support greater understanding, emotional safety, communication and connection while each person is still supported individually, carefully and confidentially.
Throughout the six months, you receive a high level of personal support so that difficulties, discoveries and changes can be worked with as they arise rather than being left until the next stage of the process.
This is not diet culture and it is not about forcing the body towards an externally prescribed ideal.
It is body-led, emotionally intelligent and deeply integrative work designed to restore greater trust, order and freedom from the inside out.
The outcome is broader than changing the way you eat.
It is about creating a healthier relationship with food, body and self, greater emotional and relational wellbeing, stronger self-trust and changes that have the space to become genuinely integrated into everyday life.
The extended process allows greater space for personal support, integration and lasting emotional, behavioural and physiological change over time.
Because of the depth and level of personal support involved, availability for this experience is limited.
