About Jessie

Jessie Rose is an award-winning UK based international level Identity & Relational Intelligence -Transformation Coach whose work explores the deeper connection between relationships, emotional wellbeing, identity, the nervous system and the mind-body-emotion relationship.

With a background in Core Process Psychotherapy and over 25 years of experience within the personal development and wellbeing field, Jessie works with individuals seeking meaningful transformation across their relationships, wellbeing, identity, purpose and quality of life.

Her work is grounded in the understanding that human beings are biologically wired for connection, and that the emotional environments we live within, the relationships we experience, and the relationship we have with ourselves profoundly shape not only our emotional wellbeing, but the state of the nervous system, body and our wider experience of life.

Jessie’s approach is deeply relational, emotionally intelligent and rooted in lived experience. Rather than focusing on surface level change alone, her work centres around helping individuals reconnect with themselves more deeply, restore internal safety and regulation, and create more authentic, aligned and meaningful relationships - both with themselves and with others.

In 2005, Jessie experienced a life changing health crisis that hospitalised her for months and brought her to the precipice of death. During this time, her medical team gave no hope of recovery. What followed became a profoundly transformative experience, both emotionally and physically, and one that deeply shaped her understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, unresolved emotional pain, stress, identity, relationships, the nervous system and physical health.

Through this experience, Jessie was forced to reconnect with herself in an entirely new way. Moving through profound emotional layers and internal suffering became the beginning of a much deeper understanding of how emotional stress, trauma and disconnection from self can become significant impediments to both wellbeing and the body’s ability to regulate and recover.

These experiences led Jessie toward a deeper understanding of the mind-body-emotion relationship, nervous system regulation and the body’s internal intelligence systems - including the heart and gut-brain connection which now form an important foundation within her work and methodology.

Her approach integrates relational intelligence, embodied awareness and emotional wellbeing to support meaningful and lasting transformation in relationships, wellbeing, identity, performance and life itself.

This experience became the foundation of her work, philosophy and purpose today.

Jessie now works internationally with individuals navigating emotional overwhelm, chronic stress in the body, relationship difficulties, identity shifts, disconnection from self and periods of significant personal transformation. Her work supports people in understanding themselves more deeply, strengthening self relationship, to utilise their inner intelligence systems - developing greater emotional and relational awareness, and learning how to live more peacefully and authentically within themselves and their lives.

Her philosophy is simple: When we begin healing the way we relate to ourselves, to others and to life itself - everything begins to change.

Jessie is also the creator of The Self Mastery Method™ a relational and embodied approach to emotional wellbeing, self relationship and wellbeing transformation. She is a fully licensed and insured Master Coach.

She continues to write, and collaborate within the fields of relational wellbeing, emotional health, nervous system regulation and transformation.
