Reservation Policy

Full payment is required via link and email, by phone, in person or online prior to the start of your Coaching course contract, or your individual session(s) contract. For payment plans, full payment of your first instalment and all future payments of your payment plan must be in place prior to you starting. For all email or phone bookings; coaching packages and special offers or individual session(s) within thirty days commencing the start of your Coaching contract or individual session(s) require payment in full at time of booking. Please note if booking a promotion or a special offer rate, no further offers or payment plans can be applied. Allow between one hour and ninety minutes for each session. Special note; please do not consume large amounts of food, caffeine or alcohol one hour before or after your session(s), as this will interfere with your connection to the process and processing. Taking these measures, will ensure you have the best possible outcome.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund - all cancellations must be made at least forty eight hours prior to your appointment. In the event of non-payment for whatever reason - the company reserves the right to withdraw your coaching contract or cancel your session(s) on the day, and deposits made for long in advance bookings - will be forfeited. In exceptional/necessary circumstances the company reserves the right to cancel your coaching contract or individual session(s) and offer you an alternative Coach. In this circumstance - a full refund will be given. No refund will be given if you choose to terminate mid-contract unless caused by significant acts of negligence on the part of the Company or its employees. No refund will be given for a no-show or a cancellation after the forty eight hour notice required. If you have committed to, and have already purchased a course or a single session at this time, the no show or cancelled session will be forfeited. If you need to either cancel OR amend your appointment date and time, please do so within forty eight hours of your original appointment. Any later - you will be charged the full amount of your session.

This is (strictly) only available to you if you have done ALL of the tasks, frameworks, exercises and personal strategies set for you, within the prescribed timeline. If you have completed all tasks, all frame works, exercises and personal strategies set out for you and if you have implemented and actioned on all of the tools given to you throughout your course, in the prescribed timeline, yet you still haven’t experienced any breakthroughs, developments, healing, clarity or results, or any change of any kind throughout your time working with this company. We will refund you the full amount. However; If you HAVE experienced one, some, or all above mentioned (breakthroughs, developments, healing, clarity or results) this type of refund will not be available to you.

Medical Concerns Policy

Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd, mBIT (multiple brain Integration Techniques and Innergetics) and Innergetics Coaching, does not confer, constitute or provide any psychological, therapeutic, medical or legal advice and by signing any contract you agree that if you engage in any courses and process of Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd, mBIT or Innergetics Coaching experiences, exercises or activities you do so freely and of your own volition and risk.

If you experience any physical, emotional or psychological pain or discomfort during the session, you will immediately inform the Coach and cease performing any of the exercises. You further understand that coaching should not be construed as a substitute for medical and psychological examination, diagnosis or treatment and in no way constitutes or be construed as such.

You understand that Jessie Rose at Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd, mBIT and Innergetics Coaches are not qualified to perform, diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness and that nothing said in the course of the coaching session should be construed as such, because coaching should not be performed under certain medical or psychological conditions. You affirm that you have stated all questions honesty. You agree to keep the Coach updated as to any changes in my medical profile, during and across the course of our coaching sessions and agree that there shall be no liability on the Coach with respect to these.

You further acknowledge that a possible consequence of coaching is that one or a number of previously hereto unknown medical or psychological conditions might arise or be uncovered and hereby indemnify Jessie Rose of Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd the Coach in the event of such occurrences. You also understand that the Coach reserves the right to refuse or cease to coach anyone whom they deem to have a condition for which Jessie Rose coaching at Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd, mBIT or Innergetics coaching is contraindicated or unsuitable for and may do so at any point prior or during the coaching sessions without having to give any prior or extended notice.
